I graduated from MSU with degrees in English, theater, and library media.

I have been a high school English teacher, a theater teacher and a library media specialist.

I have been a Library Media Specialist here at Florence since 1991.

 

Every class in grades one through five comes to the library once a week during which time I teach literature appreciation and library skills.

The kindergarten classes come to library twice a week.

 

I run a reading program called Accelerated Reader.

 

I am the chairperson for Reading is the Ticket to Silverwood Theme Park.
